Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) confirm they will be using Redress Manager for PPI complaints, as and when they start to perform calculations.

Redress Manager is compliant with PS10/12 for PPI redress calculations.

Our history with FOS spans over 10 years and the use of Redress Manager within FOS has expanded into other areas including Investments.
