The first stage of our roadmap was to get all existing users onto the new version of the system.
We have recently release phase 1.5, which includes a variety of updates and our new call assignment assistant.
Phase 2 is our next big release and currently we are looking at the following large changes (there will be others);
- User definable fields
- User definable screen labels
- User definable imports / exports
- PC based SIP/VoIP calling
The user definable fields will allow companies to bespoke their use of the system and make their system unique to them.
The PC based SIP calling will enable calling via a phone button on the PC and will greatly decrease the amount spent on calling (especially for international campaigns).
