• An accurate calculator to process the case

• A reliable source of data

• The ability to check the results

Redress Manager provides the accurate calculations and production of letters / PDF's / reports and we use a piece of third party software to push the data into the system.

This approach ensures we don't change the normal processing of cases and we can set the system up to run multiple instances simultaneously based on how you want cases to be processed (we can change the scripts accordingly).

As the process utilises Redress Manager, all the cases are available for inspection, amendment and with the new compensation audit, the redress information is stored for use in your FSA reports.

Remote usage

Redress Manager will work on a PC or thin client (RDP or Citrix). When utilising remote resource you need to ensure your licence covers your use but offsite connectivitiy works well using the RDP protocol.

In addition, it is possible to run Redress Manager as a published application which appears remotely as a normal application.
