Location of training
Training is normally based at our offices in Coventry although we can provide training on clients sites subject to the right facilities being available (meeting room with adequate PC's, projector etc..)
Important note
We strongly recommend customers have refresher training every 12-24 months to ensure they are using the software in the correct manner. As a company we have a strict rule with regards to only supporting individuals who have training from us.
Like with any system the quality of the result will only be as good as the information fed into the system.
